Univo X 5302 Black Glasses

The Univo X 5302 black glasses are a slim, straightforward metal frame with a matte black finish that works equally well on men and women. The dark, low-sheen black gives the frame a quiet, practical quality — easy to wear every day.

The shape is rectangle with gently curved corners, slightly wider than it is tall, making it a natural fit for most face shapes. The wire-thin rims keep the overall look light and unobtrusive, with a slim flat bridge sitting neatly between the lenses. The arms are a noticeable feature — slim black metal at the hinge transitions into gloss black acetate for the full length of the arm, giving them a slightly more polished finish than the matte rims. They taper to a smooth curved tip that sits comfortably behind the ear. Adjustable nose pads sit either side of the bridge for a personalised fit.

Following a bad experience with another major online glasses retailer I decided to use Glasses Store and the whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I chose the A-Z sport (cheaper frames) as my concern was Glasses Store getting the lenses to my exact prescription. (I have a very high prescription). I was pleasantly surprised that the frames were the exact same quality if not better in my opinion than my Ray-Bans. For the lenses I ordered the Silver package with 1.6mm lenses and anti glare due to my high prescription. The lenses are amazing and to my exact prescription. Infact the 1.6mm lenses supplied by Glassss Store make my other glasses lenses look like jam jar glasses. Glasses were delivered within days. Which again is amazing considering my prescription. Could not recommend these guys enough and will definitely be ordering from Glasses Store again. My next pair will be the same lenses or possibly the 1.5mm in more expensive frames. The website has a great selection.

Wanted to shop around for prescription glasses because the last time I ordered online was a few years ago so stuck to a local optician. Found Glasses Store on Google and checked through the frames and prices. I paid £54 for my reading glasses and got the order the next day. I must say the frames alone feel like they are worth more than the whole order and I’ve not even got to the lenses yet which were atleast £60 without the anti glare coating at my previous opticians. Will not be buying my glasses anywhere else now.
