What do I need to order glasses online?
You’ll need a valid prescription from your optician. You can either enter it manually or upload it during checkout. We’ll guide you through the rest, including lens type, thickness and coatings.
Do I need to know my PD (pupillary distance)?
If you don’t have it, our virtual try-on tool can help measure it. You can also ask your optician to include it with your prescription.
Can I order more than one pair?
Yes — you can customise multiple pairs using the same or different prescriptions. Our 2-for-1 offer applies to most glasses.
Is next day delivery available on all glasses?
Next day delivery is available on most single vision glasses when ordered before 3pm, excluding high prescriptions.
Can I return glasses if they’re not right?
Yes. We offer 90-day returns on all orders, and every frame comes with a 12-month warranty.
