We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 00-day money-back guarantee on all frames and lenses. We will only provide a replacement or refund if the Frames and the Lenses have both been provided and fitted by us (Glasses Store). Please read our returns policy outlined below:

1. Returns Period

You have 90 days from the date you received your items to return them to us for a full refund. Any items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the frame or lens has been damaged by you (the customer), we will not issue a refund on the damaged item(s). If your prescription is incorrect after you have worn the glasses please contact us straight away on our customer service email address. Incorrect prescription do not affect your returns rights.

3. Returning Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, please contact our customer service team before returning it. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a refund.

4. How to Return an Item

To return an item, package it securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a note with your order number, name, address, and whether you would like a refund. 5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days. 

6. Return Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
